hello, i posted a video with all evidence and was given no follow-up. is evidence being gathered to just identify the bug, or to award players the missing unlocks?

3. Server Maintenance at the end of successful Cryo Archive Run did not finalize

Good luck getting anything here, they just ask you for more information, then never follow up with anything meaningful.

3. Killed Compiler w/ Thief Class and did not receive the skin. Acquired the Ganglion as proof

That's what I was hoping for until I looked back through forums and discord and saw this has been happening since cryo launched. It's just more visible now because more people are trying him.
