    I believe that the issue is the overflow inventory isnt large enough to hold everything from a rook run so those items that dont fit are deleted.

    I just had the same issue happen to me in a rook run with a gold dire marsh AI key and a m77 :(, they show in the after action report but not overflow or vault

    I just restarted steam and the game itself, still not there. I know for sure my vault was full before extract, I wasnt aware that overflow could be full? but theres no way my overflow would be full...
