Bungie Account Name ZakalweElench#0948

Description of Issue Dire Marsh Complex there is a vent jump up that I cannot animate through, have tried various inputs just jump crouching etc but none work for me, sometimes it looks like I am on the lip but then fall straight down, holding forwards does not work, nor does jumping up and not pressing anything, holding space, or any other combinations I tried. (if I am failing at this in some obvious way please let me know)
Rough Date and Time of issue Now. (timestamped video below, GMT+8)
Repro steps Dire Marsh get into upper complex and head to this vent (one of the places needed to do red button puzzle)
