Crossave steam from xbox

Trying to link my steam account for crosssave comming from Xbox. Get to point where it tells me to enter my username to continue but when I do the button to continue never ungreys out. Don't want to start playing on pc without linking my account.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If the Continue button stays greyed out when you enter your Steam username during Cross Save setup, please try the following:

    • Double-check that you are linking the correct accounts for the setup you want to use.
    • On the Cross Save setup page, make sure both accounts show as authenticated before continuing.
    • If you have any other platform accounts linked to your Bungie.net profile, please make sure those are authenticated as well. 
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
    • Try the setup in an incognito/private browser window.
    • Try a different browser entirely if possible.

    If the Continue button is still greyed out after all of the above, please send screenshots of your Cross Save setup page showing the linked accounts and their authentication status.
