Why can not use Audio Intercafe with recording sound track (etc, In-Game Voice Chat)

Im using Audio Interface, model named by UA Studio VOLT-2.
i set the window basic sound input, output through VOLT-2.

Not using Realtek(R) Audio.

But in-game, can hear teams voice chatting and talk with them.

Using hardware sound system is cool and more help to deep dive in the game enjoyable.

Hope developers extand for access to sound system.
