bag stuck at 19 seconds unrevivable even with triage ult

Hi, was playing tonight and got jumped by a lucky rook. My bag was stuck at 19 seconds and wouldn't allow my teammates to res me even after I alt f4'd and reconnected. I lost a lot of blue and purple items plus a lot of salvage so any help is appreciated. Loving the game so far except for this hickup today. Thank you
Might be a little hard to tell from video and cant hear my mic but my teammates tried over and over again event ulting a few times.
