Thank you for the report.
We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
Same here, I am playing from australian servers. Roughly 75% of the times I queue as a solo send me into trio ranked matches with no crew fill.

Actually, it's 100% of the time, the matchmaking option doesn't exist and the button being there is just a bug.
