Cradle Codex Mastery: Cannot complete entries after reaching maximum Cradle level

Issue: After reaching maximum Cradle level, no more matter can be converted into Cradle experience. This locks you out of Cradle Mastery Codex's requiring converting specific item types if not performed before reaching max Cradle level.

Also cannot get this codex, was hoping to flex the emblem first week 😅
Exact same problem. And just four salvage short of having the emblem.
Same problem, forgot to do 14 pieces of salvage (86/100) and now I'm locked out of the icon and completing the codex entry entirely.
I am locked out of the consumables entry :(
It appears this bug is throughout the whole cradle codex, because I have the same problem with consumables.
I would assume the problem would replicated on all the other entries :(
