Missing Season 1 Rewards: Codex Faction "Early Bird VIP "and Incorrect Ranked Rewards

Description of Issue: I am experiencing a bug in which I am not receiving the correct rewards from Season 1. I have not received the Codex completion for Early Bird VIP for Cyber Acme, NuCaloric, Traxes, and Arachne. In addition, I also incorrectly received the Bronze Ranked Icon on my account when my maximum rank for last season was Silver 3.
Rough Data and Time of issue: 6/2/2026 3:00 PM PST
Repro steps:
1. Boot up Marathon from Steam Library.
2. Enter Main Menu from title screen.
3. Observe new season introduction and vault clearing animation.
4. Go to Codex > Faction > CyberAcme > Rank > Early Bird VIP
5. Observe issue and repeat steps 3 - 5 for NuCaloric, Traxus, and Arachne.
6. Go to Customize > Profiile > Emblem > Scroll to Ranked Icon "Bronze Runner".
7. Observe issue.

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
I have the same issue regarding the early bird VIP rewards - on logging in for the first time I received rewards from MIDA and Sekiguchi but not the four other factions.
I unlocked VIP for all factions *except* SekGen in Season 1, but after the reset I got the codex entries for MIDA and SekGen and none of the other ones.
I'd be happy to trade the (undeserved) SekGen entry for the others I actually earned haha. Thanks for looking into this!
