Compensation sponsored kits not received
Hi,
I am pretty sure I logged in during the time frame, and was definitely queuing up trying to play before servers went down. My friend received the compensation kits despite logging in after me which is really confusing as I have not received mine. He said he didn't attempt to play a game and still received them. I logged in and bought some skins then was disconnected due to the server issues. Would be cool if the rest of us could receive these as we were also affected by the outage, and it's a bit disheartening seeing multiple people with purple kits while I only got one for season lvl rewards.

Players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT) were sent 7 Sponsored Kits, split into two messages. If they haven't arrived yet, unfortunately it would appear this account did not play during the affected window.
Can I ask why that is the chosen timeframe when the outage was longer than that period? I was able to log in and purchase skins before the server went offline, and was logging in the whole time waiting for the game to come up before the tweet about needing additional time came out. Pretty unfair other players who logged in during same period are getting gold keys while me and others got nothing.
