Critical Matchmaking Issue - Solo vs. Squads (LATAM Region)

Hi Team, ​I am writing to report a recurring issue with the matchmaking system in the new Season 2 update. ​Despite entering matches as a solo player, I am consistently being placed in lobbies against duos and trios across all maps.     Im experiencing a similar bug where I load into solos and suddenly I'm in a crew.

    scratch that. Finally entered a solo match and ran into a squad
