I don't have the free kits on the email

- Description of Issue - Yesteyday I played the game on the wipe, I lost items in continuos disconnections, and I readed that today they give free kits but I have nothing, either in the email or my depot, (In my depot I only have the free kits from the codex to have played the season 1)

Can you restart your game and make sure to double check your mailbox to see if you didn't receive your kits? If an increase of reports show that players are not getting compensated, we'll start investigating this issue.
