Same happened to me
Mr.Monday#9451, I think it could be for Vandal only, I got a video where I got one for the Destroyer (2nd ganglion) but my teammate didn't get his skin. He was using Vandal, after getting my Destroyer skin, we ran it back again because I still needed the Vandal cyro skin, and I didn't get it, even after killing compiler. I have all 6 subroutines as well.
