Did not receive compiler skin after successful kill and exfil. Ganglion is in inventory, no codex entries.
I killed the compiler for the first time at 1:45PM PST. I did not receive the compiler skin for the destroyer shell that I was playing. I did not receive any of the codex entries. I have the compiler ganglion in my vault. Information is as follows:
- Platform: Playstation
- Date: May 29th 1:45PM PST
- Player Name: SlyBawn#7164
- Our crew started the compiler run. I brought in the DNA access and dropped it for Jubitterr#8072
- I personally hit the compilers exposed weak spot. I hit the compilers exposed point enough to launch 2 volleys of destroyer prime missiles.
- I have a video from my crew mates perspective showing me hitting the compilers exposed torso and many screenshots showing the process including lack of codex entries: https://youtu.be/CSAjHbNvYvU?
feature=shared (In this video I am B2 and can be seen to the left of PoV. The two destroyer rocket volleys can be seen going directly to the compilers exposed chest. - Both crew mates were given their skin reward and codex entries: Jubitterr#8072 and TandooriCreed#5228
- I am missing both the codex entries and the skin reward. I have the compiler ganglion in my vault but no ability to barter with it from Cyber Acme.
Attached are screenshots showing the compiler spawn, its body, the loot room, the lack of codex entries, and the ganglion in my vault.
Is there any way to have the skin awarded post mortem given the bug here?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us and for the detailed report. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the rewards you expected to receive from defeating the Compiler. We've received reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further.
Is there any chance to have the skin added post mortem? I provided as much information as I could to show that we brought in the DNA, started the run, successfully eliminated, and exfiltrated afterwards.
If there is any additional information I can provide I would be happy to. My only goal is to receive the skin for the destroyer shell.
