Server Slam Rewards Never Received

Platform: Playstation 5
Description of Issue: I never received, nor have had the option to claim any rewards for playing the server slam a few months ago on Playstation. I completed the intro mission and then some. As season 1 is coming to a close next week, I thought I would post to see if anyone else has had a similar issue as any rewards must be claimed before the start of S2, according to Bungie.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Server Slam rewards. In the event you missed our response in your previous thread that was deleted, can you provide us with a screenshot showing the Server Slam application within your PlayStation 5 Collection and/or a screenshot of any e-mails you received showing that you'd played in the Server Slam?

Thank you very much for your response and those additional screenshots. After further investigating, it appears you had not qualified for the rewards. In order to qualify, you would have needed to complete the first mission in the game, and not just the tutorials.
