No sound from behind
Like the title says, I am unable to hear any sound from behind. I have beyerdynamic dt 990 pro headphones. I have tried all four different listen modes in the settings without a resolution. Windows sound settings spatial sound is off. I am not sure what to do but not hearing footsteps behind me is really annoying.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the sound coming from behind you using your current setup. To knock out a little bit of troubleshooting, we'd recommend double-checking that all of your drivers (especially audio drivers), Windows, and your BIOS are all up to date. If you are using any third-party audio software and they can be closed while playing, we'd recommend doing so, to see if there's an interaction with these other software.
