BUG could not leave compiler room
My teammate Young_soju#5063 were locked in compiler room and unable to escape to hit the emergency exfil near the restock room. The airlock was unable to be opened and remained closed. Can someone investigate this and grant us back our lost gear? This run occurred roughly 2:20PM CST

Were you or your teammate inside the airlock / compiler room while the fight was still in progress?
Me and one teammate were in the compiler fight, our 3rd teammate left through airlock to call exfil while we revived. They were unable to re-open the door through using the panel in the re-supply room or the airlock door. They made multiple attempts over the course of 2 minutes and no order of interacting with the door switches had any impact on re-opening the compiler doors.
After the Compiler was defeated, was one player left on the opposite side of the closed door while the others were able to move forward toward exfil?
Two of us were locked behind airlock, one was in exfil and left successfully after we realized there was no way to unlock the door.
Were your teammates able to activate or use an exfil while the stranded player was still locked behind the door?
Yes, one other player was able to leave while the two of us were stranded in the compiler boss room with no door available to use (airlock door locked from inside)
If possible, do you have a video showing where each player was positioned when the fight ended and which door would not open?
I do not but I can get a YouTube link to one of the players (who was locked in compiler with me), but not the Xbox players POV who was trying the three buttons to re open compiler.
I believe it’s reproducible by:
1 player leaves compiler boss room through airlock entrance while 1-2 remain in boss room.
Player activates door to re-supply room, closing boss room door.
Now at this point, because the game sees players in the boss room still (despite us being on the same team), the airlock will not open from the passageway anymore and there is no way to access a button to open from inside of the compiler room.
It seems a button from inside compiler by the airlock would allow the trapped players to leave but still prevent griefers from coming into the room. The games logic might be seeing players in room, regardless of team, and preventing it from being opened. Feels unintended to be able to accidentally grief your own team and lock them in boss room.

From what you described and from what can be seen in the video, the door locked because one player left through the airlock after the Compiler fight had already started. Once the fight is active, that door stays locked and cannot be reopened from the outside.
Because of that, the both you and the other player who stayed inside the room could not leave since the fight was still ongoing. The fight also had no way to reset before the run ended, since the timer expired and the whole team was not killed inside the Compiler room.
We understand this was frustrating, especially with the lost gear, and we appreciate you taking the time to report it.
