Did not receive compiler kill skin after successfully killing compiler. Video attached.
We chased this team around the map before they offered to have us all kill compiler and use the loot from the reward room for our ranked rewards. My team obliged because we wanted the cosmetic rewards but did not receive them. My teammates names were "philgo_boom#7667" and "q3 abbott#1199". We all only agreed to not kill the team for the cosmetic rewards so all 3 of are bummed that we didn't get the codex entry completed.

me too i have the same issue. i killed the compiler with 10 people, my team was the one that carriend the DNA key and killed the compiler but none of us got the CRYO skin. my account and my friends are MR Zore#6490 vandal. SanPete321#3545 recon. and PantiesEater#7383 distroyer. i have a video of the gameplay if you guys need it.
