I didn't get a cryo skin despite killing compiler and exfilling

Hello, I am making this post today cause me and my 3 stack all ran into compiler where we made a big group of friendlies and defeated it all together. Despite dealing damage and contributing in the boss fight and exfilling after the run was complete me and another one of my buddies didn't get a cryo skin, our third did get a cryo skin but we were the only 2 to not get one. We also do not have access to the cyro contracts the both of us that didn't get the skin but our third who does have access to the cryo contracts did get a cryo skin, is it related to that? Regardless I am making this post as a cry for help to fix the problem and maybe request to reimburse us the skins for doing the boss fight if possible.
