All social features in Marathon appear disabled on my account.
i am 19 years old I have everything sorted in my identity I should be able have my social features enabled yet they are all disabled

this medal link has a video of showing my settings that are simply disabled even tho I meet the requirement of age to talk to anyone
I have been talking to this support form for almost 2 weeks and the problem is still ongoing I really need someone to focus to help this problem because
1. I am above the age requirement I already used my ID to confirm my age
2. I linked my steam and I have no privacy blocking it either and neither do i have a privacy block with my playstation link
3. this problem has not been being looked at by a real person leaving the answered extremely automated in my eyes which isnt helping
all I want is to play marathon I bought the game to play it with my friends yet ive been unable to play with them for almost 2 weeks cause most of my social features are disabled

Update:
Bungie friend requests are now finally working after about a week, which suggests the account/social systems were partially syncing server-side.
However, text chat, whisper chat, crew chat, invites, and voice chat are still fully disabled and greyed out.
This issue is still unresolved despite the thread being marked as “Answered.” THIS has to be fixed
I’m seeing the same problem for my son, only on Xbox. Steam works fine and allows all social features. But on the Xbox, it says ‘disabled’ even though I’ve set everything I can see on the Microsoft side to allow it. Some interpretation of that by Bungie isn’t allowing it. Bungie has confirmed they haven’t done anything server-side.
Really keen for a solution. Agree the support team is not really looking into this fully.
