FREQUENT HARD CRASHING XBOX SERIES X
Continuing to make reports of continued hard crashing on Xbox series X. You guys are aware of the issue, and I have done all troubleshooting steps including new thermal paste, power supply, clearing cache, re install. There is 0 excuse and you should be refunding customers. I found my first gold ever today and failed to exfil, not due to anything other than a hard crash that didn't allow me to make it to final. You guys have no timelines and no answers as to why this is happening and it's unacceptable. I love this game so much, but after tonight it is unplayable. I out money into my xbox that it probably didnt even need to rule out issues on the console, so this is on Marathon only.

This has been happening since the server slam. Reports are on reddit,Facebook, discord, and countless in these forums. If your going to tell me that in 2026 that someone is your multi billion dollar company doesn't know what the issue is, than there is a bigger problem. I understand these things take time to fix, but the radio silence needs to end. You guys have been doing GREAT UPDATES, GREAT PATCHES, but these game breaking issues continue to go unaddressed.
