Account Got reset
I logged in thinking that the update was done but then the tutorial started playing for me after the first cutscene. My account seems to have reset after 400 hours in game this season

Thanks for the report.
Marathon is undergoing maintenance this morning. If there is still an issue with your account progress once Maintenance is complete, please reply to this thread and we'll investigate.
I am having the exact same issue! :(
Just commenting to see if anyone here will have a fix/update on the situation.
Edit: I tried restarting the game and it won't let me launch again. Hopefully it will revert in about an hour and correctly remember all of our progress.
It has reverted to normal after the update, Great!! hope it is the same for all
All good for me as well! Guess we were too eager to play after the update ;P
