No Dire Marsh final exfil as lockdown #3 finishes

- Description of Issue - Dire Marsh final exfil does not trigger if lockdown 3 finishes at the same time as it is supposed to spawn
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 5/17/26 late 6pm pst - early 7pm pst
- Repro steps - Was wrapping up a fill crew game on dire marsh finishing the final lockdown. Lockdown 1 was quarantine, Lockdown 2 was algae ponds and Lockdown 3 was complex. I was looting the final lockdown container in complex as the map timer came to an end and our squad suddenly died as no final exfil spawned in.
Not necessary, but would be cool if the team had their beginning/final loot restored. Missed out on some lore loot as a WEAVEworm Stasis Knot was the last thing I picked up before randomly exploding and I lost some of my materialist equipment (don't remember what ones) T-T
