Cleared the compiler and was not given the skin
I just cleared the compiler with my team (exfil around 3:15pm EST) and got the ganglion, all the loot, but no skin. My entire team got the skin but I did not. Got all other codex entries but the skin. I saw someone else post the same thing and bungie support replied saying you needed to do damage to the actual boss for it to count and i DID do damage to the boss. I shot it and threw multiple EMP grenades at it. Id love to have my triage skin that I earned.

this happened to me today as well bro. Seems to be a bug this weekend. Hopefully Bungie gets it resolved
