Crashed on opening boss container in Tranquility
We just finished eliminating the Tranquility boss in Cryo, pinched by 2 teams, which were absolutely a formed 6-man team because on multiple occasions we pinned them against each other, but they just kept avoiding each other to target us. When my team goes to loot boss container, my game crashes and my team get annihilated. We had security clearance 4, vault 5 key and gold modded weapons and much more! Can we just get our stuff back and move on?

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
