I get a problem, it's the ''THIS IS DEDICATION SYNDROME'', it's blocked on 6/7 for the second, and i see a lot of people having the same problem even if we worked hard to get it. I see no more quest from ''oni'' on Cyberacme faction page, and it say you finished all quest wait next week, and when i watch the codex entry i m only at 6/7 to finished the entry, and i killed the boss soo i m sure it's a bug because i see a lot of people geting this problem if you even ried one day any kind of quest before, so this problem is not coming from us but from a missing code or bad interpretation that can reset the couldow of each quest by 7 days and not 4, you should put a shorte delay, like that if peple did a quest on sunday, and he didint finish all the 7 quest he can try it 4 days later and he dont need to wait literaly 7 days, cause the codex reset it on thuesday but not the faction delai, and if people cannot do them on like 3 days he need to wait more than 7 days cause he arleady did one quest soo he need to wait >7 days till the codex entry AND the faction page reset both i worked and prepare dthis week for long time and now i can see every ting i did is for nothing that is verry bad for keeping people, now i m asking my self should i keep play the game if no codex entry will work this weekend? tanks you to helping all the people who are getting this problem fast enought like that they dont wast their weekend.
if you want to share this bug to the dev team you can explain them that the problem is the faction reset on the weekend BUT the codex reset not the same day/moment soo they cannot be done on 7 day and if you did one quest last week you need to wait 14 days to try again the vidmaster tittle

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
Some compensation for time wasted trying doing it? or maybe we can get it directly the entry of the codex? i am a huge fan and cosumer of bungie, specialy marathon.
Actually i think i am the world record of time in game :)
AND NOW, this week the bug is the same, we cannot do any quests
