Gear disappearing after successful exfil

How do we still have a bug where upon successful exfil our loadout disappears when returning to the main menu? I just lost close to a full purple load out? 11k loadout value just completely gone into thin air.

Edit: restarting my game, which normally has worked in the past, did not fix it. Nothing abnormal happened other than returning to main menu and all my gear was gone.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time this happened, including your time zone
    • Which map, mode, and queue type you were playing
    • Which Runner you were using, and whether it was Rook
    • Whether your Vault was full or close to full at the time
    • Whether any of the missing items were borrowed, shared, or picked up from a teammate
    • Whether this happened during a normal exfil or around final exfil
    • Which items went missing, and the approximate loadout value if you remember it
    • Whether you checked your Vault, Overflow, and Mailbox after the run
    • Any screenshots or video from before or after the issue

    You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    - Steam

    - 5/15, 1:20 am CST

    - outpost, unranked

    - recon

    - close to full

    - no items were picked up from teammates

    - I don't remember if it was a final but it was either a few minutes left or a final

    - around 11k, 10.7k on load in, maybe a little more on exfil, purple m77, green wstr, 2 purple recon cores, purple legs and chest, green head, purple bag

    - missing from vault, nothing in mail, have not been prompted to check overflow

    - no screenshots or video

    additional info: I grouped with 2 randoms and it was the last game I had played with them. So if you're able to see several matches in a row with the same 2 players in my match history, it was the final game I had played with them.

    Hey Bungie,

    I have had the same issue unfortunately,

    Steam

    Dire marsh - exfil infront of Ai Uplink

    3 person crew fill unranked (1 teammate missed the exfil)

    Assassin shell, blue shield, blue bad, blue stryder, blue Demolition

    My vault is near full

    the Time was around 4:00 - 4:30 AEST (Melbourne Aus)

    Do you happen to have any videos or screenshots showing the end of the run and the gear disappearing?

    Also, did restarting the game help?
