CyAc Reputation packs not yielding

I bought two sek gen rep packs today with nothing being added to my Reputation Level. I tried Arrachni earlier and that worked fine. Is it a bug, or are the rep packs just not working??

I spent all my CyAc on them with nothing to show for it. Is there a tab where you can see all the receipts for what you bought and when? I can't really prove it since I wasn't streaming.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date/time of the purchase, including your time zone
    • Which reputation pack you bought and how many
    • Whether that faction was already unlocked at the time
    • What your reputation showed before and after the purchase
    • Whether the reputation appeared after restarting the game or entering another run
    • Any screenshots or video showing the purchase and your reputation screen afterward

    Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    I have a feeling that it could be a bug where when the vault is nearly full it will be added without being 'added'. But that's just a hunch of what happened. The whole interface seems to be some sort of OS. I've noticed that there's a lag of notifications of where things were added, as if they are in a queue and waiting for some handshake to be confirmed. I often wonder if it will get stuck if there are too many actions it has to do, or if the game starts before it's done updating?

    • The approximate date/time of the purchase, including your time zone - 3am US east coast time. 
    • Which reputation pack you bought and how many - Sek Gen (x2) for 500 xp. 
    • Whether that faction was already unlocked at the time - Yes it is. All factions unlocked. 
    • What your reputation showed before and after the purchase - Reputation 16 both before and after. Around 600xp in total I think. 
    • Whether the reputation appeared after restarting the game or entering another run - It did not. It happened before, but I just didn't take note of it. Thought it was a fluke. But those packs worked last time I tried (before the weekly restock update).
    • Any screenshots or video showing the purchase and your reputation screen afterward - Unfortunately I wasn't streaming. I will try to replicate it. When I get enough CyAc points again.

    I wanted to do a test but there are no more sek gen rep packs left, so I guess I will have to try it next week. I tried Nucal just now, and that worked just fine. Banner came up normal and said 'rank up!' like normal.

    Not sure what the issue is and why it didn't work with Sek Gen those two times.
