Cryo Archive Pillar Trapped
I was playing on cryo archive and was pressed up against the pillar in the center of control room seeking cover while in a fight. The pillars then began to cycle and it pulled me under map and I was stuck there. I could not move nor get out no matter how I tried. I ended up having to leave the match losing all my gear. I would very much like to have my kit retuned if that is possible. I have images and a video for proof.

We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
