cryo exfilling with gold faction upgrade and disappearing after exfil
Hi, as the title says, i have done 3 cryo exfills with a gold faction upgrade like synapse cube,while exfiling i looked every second that i still have it, when i did exfil it disappeared and it's not on my backpack or vault. I want these 3 back, i'm pretty sure it's a bug and it will happen again if i do it again. Please investigate , fix, and give me those back, and i wonder if happened to others as well, otherwise no one will believe me.

Please double-check that the items aren't marked for auto-sell at the end of the run.
If this happens again, please use your platform's share feature to capture a clip highlighting the issue you're experiencing and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here along with your Bungie name (including the # and 4 digits), platform, and approximate date/time it occurred. We'll be glad to take a look.
The items are not auto selling, never happened to me.I received the rest of the items,just not these gold items when i am supposed to, i am not the only one, i have checked this website and there are others that complained it happened to them. Are you aware of the issue? What can be done, has it been fixed, or am i playing for nothing?
