Vidmaster [Redacted] Codex Entry

I killed the the compiler on 04/25/26, and exfilled with the Biotoxic Disinjector equipped, but did not complete the codex entry. I only have Subroutines 01-05 (a teammate had 06 to access activity).
Attached are screenshots of the disinjector in my vault, and codex pages for subroutines, vidmaster, and compiler kill.

Hey, writing in here because I have the exact same issue. We killed compiler last week on sunday, similar situation where a friend took me cause I am missing the vault 6 subroutine. We killed compiler without anything unusual happening. I was the one that picked up the biotoxic disinjector in the loot room and exfilled with it in my inventory. None of us got downed or similar, I also never dropped the gun and picked it up again. Sadly have no video proof as I don't record my gameplay but according to the description of the codex entry the attached screenshots of the challenge still being redacted and the biotoxic injector being in my vault (which means I have looted it and exfilled) should be enough.

Adding on two details to my post:
The Biotoxic Disinjector already had 3/4 trace right out of its ‘pedestal’. I’ve looted other brand new items that have missing trace as well(i.e. out of locked rooms NOT runner bodies or the ground), so I didn’t find this strange
When I retrieved the Biotoxic Disinjector, I held ‘x’ (default binding) to swap it with my equipped weapon.
I hope these details aide in determining the cause of this error.
I have done multiple compiler runs in the meantime and got the achievement on I think my third one. The only noticeable difference I saw on the run I actually got the codex entry was that in that run I was the one to press the button for the airlock to the fight itself. Maybe that's counting into it somehow.
