Repeater HPR Infinite Reload

Desc: Repeater HPR went into an infinite reload animation after vaulting up a ledge and switching to it. I'm not sure if that's what caused the issue but it's the only abnormality I could pin down since the weapon switch animation didn't play once I completed the vault animation.
