I just finished Cryo with 2 Synapse Cubes and now they're gone.

It happened to me too, THREE TIMES!!!, I am going crazy. not only that it's so hard to do CRYO, but for the gold items to disappear after exfil it's unbelievable. Team please investigate, you can check my matches, whatever is necessary i am here to provide, i want justice, we all know how hard is to get these items,and once we get them they disappear? come on. give them back and fix it to not happen again.
