Marathon refund
I purchased Marathon as it was marketed as if it were Destiny2 expansion. It was advertised in game, and offered special armor decor that was applicable on Destiny2 characters, and had weapons shader. This was deceitful, and not a fair thing to do to players who cannot install anything else on Steam but Destiny2. I tried Marathon for less than 2 hours, but because the purchase was pushed way before the release, Steam refuses to refund it. I would not have bought a whole new game. You have to do better than to bait and switch and steal our money. What is the way for me to get a refund from Bungie? It is not Steam's fault as they don't know how you "played" your players.

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately only the platform store is able to issue refunds for items purchased through their store. You will need to contact Steam again to apply for a refund.
