Free Enhanced Kit
My shop and armory appears to have an issue, I cannot get regular free sponsor kits as instead it offers me Free Enhanced Kits, and one of the enhanced kits costs -1 to purchase. I closed the game, restarted, and the issue persisted.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues getting Free and Enhanced Kits in the game. To help us investigate this further, can you also provide us with a screenshot showing that your inventory is indeed empty, as the tooltip is eluding to?
I am having this same issue on PS5.
