dire marsh key room bug

- Description of Issue - marathon dire marsh free kit queue had the key room spawn with its shutters down, nothing inside it was intractable
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 06/05/2026 (12am) (Brazil timezone -3GMT and date DD/MM/YYYY)
- Repro steps - First time I ever see it, all I did was queue free kit Darsh
