Missing Server Slam Rewards (after 24hrs)

Hi there, I've recently purchased the game on sale and on Steam yesterday but I did not see the Server Slam rewards (the background, emblem, starter gear etc.) in my inbox. I've waited a day for them to arrive since I do see some other players in this forum with the same issue as I have finally receiving their items just by waiting, but mine still hasn't arrived. I have reached lv10 on the Slam and I'm sure I'm using the same Steam account link, physfreq#7999.
