Xbox series x hard shut off / crashing
So marathon is the only game that causes my Xbox series x to hard crash meaning complete shut off and restart . I have played thousands of hours on destiny 2, Diablo 4, apex legends all having the Xbox on for days at a time and no problems. It does not get hot , yes it’s warm and the fans are working .
I have tried the following steps :
1. Uninstall and re install marathon
2. Clear marathon saved files
3. Reset MAC address
4. Clear Xbox cache
5. Remove and re add profile
6. Clearing persistent storage
And even went and paid for a service to clean the inside of the Xbox and replace the thermal paste.
I’m not sure what else to do since as stated it’s ONLY marathon that this is happening with.
Anyone have any other solutions ? I have seen people posting about this but no response from Marathon team

Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports about this occurring and are currently investigating.
In the meantime, please ensure the console's rear fans are well-ventilated and not obstructed.
I have my Xbox in an open area nothing around it . It’s perfectly open and well ventilated . Just frustrating that marathon is the only game that causes this . And I’ve put over 10k hours into destiny 2 with the same console no issues .
