Equitable Distribution 1/4 softlock

I Acquired the Self-Erasing Data Drive and Delivered it to the DCON but died before Extraction and the quest was not complete on my factions screen.  Now when I load into Perimeter again, The Self-Erasing Data drive does not spawn and I am soft locked on the quest

    Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Were you solo or in a crew?
    • Did teammates also have the contract?
    • Which DCON location was used?
    • How many runs you tried afterward without seeing the drive respawn?
    • Screenshot of the Factions > Traxus screen showing Equitable Distribution [1/4] stuck.
    • Screenshot or short video from Perimeter showing no drive spawning in Hauler where it should be.

    I kept trying this mission and was able to get the Self-Erasing Data Drive to spawn again and complete the contract
