Bug report ps5 freezing then crashing in certain maps

My ps5 freezes for 10 seconds then crashes in dire marsh, outpost and the raid map, this is clearly an issue of the maps, ive tried basically all solutions, its clear yall Need to fix your game đŸ˜­âœŒïž

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the report.

    If you are still experiencing crashing in Marathon, can you please try the following:

    • Completely power down your PS5 (not rest mode), wait ~30 seconds, then start it back up.
    • Check for and install any system updates (PS5 system software)
    • You can also try Rebuilding the Database by going into Safe Mode → Rebuild Database.
    • Reinstall Marathon and Clear your console's cache (Please check this guide)

    Also, please make sure your console has good ventilation. Overheating can trigger safety shutdowns that look like random crashes.

    I have reinstalled and cleared caches, i have verified if the ps5 was dirty or really did overheat, i tried to rebuild database and update the ps5, ive also tried restarting my ps5. Ive tried everything and it hasnt worked, this is a map issue i believe, i NEVER crash on perimeter, its either dire marsh, cry archive or outpost.
