To the marathon officials
I don't know what I did. When I woke up today, I wanted to open other games and play for two hours, but it prompted me that this game was banned. However, I haven't done any out-of-bounds operations. I wonder how the developer team identifies cheaters. Those boosters on the service platform are still making money through cheating. I don't know what happened and got banned. Why aren't the real cheaters banned?

If your account has incurred a ban, then the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction Contact Form.
If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response.
