Description of Issue - Waited for Final Exfil and it never came. Instead it killed my whole team and completed the run. Lost all items after using a key in maintenance
Rough Date and Time of issue - Happened on 4/11 around roughly 5:07AM EST
Repro steps - It specifically happened while a lockdown was active which was the 2nd one of the match. Waited for countdown near center of map.
