Reboot won't hit downed teammates being executed
An enemy runner was executing a teammate. Both were hit by Reboot; this was fatal for the enemy runner and definitely made contact with my teammate. Both died.
Reboot currently revives allies while downed or dead under the revival timer and can hit up to two targets (one per cable). The confirmation marker was clearly evident during the firing sequence on both the teammate and the enemy. It seems unintended that a teammate wouldn't be revived during this interaction.
