Недоступны социальные функции внутри игры

У моего друга , мы вместе играем, недоступны: войп , чат (он не может ничего писать/читать и говорить/слушать. Также он не может пригласить в игру меня и присоединиться к группе. Это произошло только после того, как он привязал свой Steam и Twitch к аккаунту Bungie. Пожалуйста помогите разобраться почему так и как это решить , потому что нет никакой информации по этому поводу. Он даже не может создать здесь тему, потому что его постоянно при попытке создать, выбрасывает из аккаунта.

Thanks for reaching out.

For your friend, please have them try the following in order:
1. Confirm sign-in and linking state
  
  Go to https://www.bungie.net in a browser (no extensions / in a private window) and:
  
  Sign out of all accounts.
  
  Sign back in with the correct Bungie profile.
  
  Check Settings → Accounts & Linking and confirm Steam + Twitch are linked as expected and there isn’t a second Bungie profile accidentally in use.
2. Browser check for the logout issue
  
  Try a different browser (or an incognito/private window).
  
  Disable ad-blockers, script-blockers, or aggressive privacy extensions for Bungie.net.
  
  If they still get logged out when trying to post, grab a quick screenshot and note the time + time zone.
3. Check platform communication and privacy settings
  
  On Steam / console, verify privacy and communication settings:
  
  In-game chat/voice allowed.
  
  Can receive invites / join friends.
  
  Make sure they’re not on a temporary platform-level communication restriction.
4. Restart everything once cleanly
  
  Fully close the game and launcher.
  
  Reboot their PC or console.
  
  Launch the game again and test:
  
  Can they see system chat (e.g., join/leave messages)?
  
  Can they invite or be invited by anyone, not just you?

Как связаться с поддержкой игры , чтобы они помогли решить это ? Куда писать? Какие формы обратной связи существуют? Никакой информации нет.
