Unable heal/use items/abilities/sometimes shoot (Marathon)

  • Description of Issue - I've been having issues where healing items, throwables, abilities, and even sometimes shooting stops working at points during my runs. To fix, I have to actively switch which consumable I have equipped using the radial menu. When it happens, pressing the corresponding buttons make an error sound and the red highlight over the icon, even when I know I have the required amount/charge/ammo. Is anyone else having this issue. Thanks Runners. :)
