Perimiter: UESC Elites on spawn

- Description of Issue - Elite UESC can spawn in on top of the player when infilling before they can even move often resulting in instant death and loss of gear. :(
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 2026 03 29 around 21:00 JST
- Repro steps - Infill to Perimiter, happens randomly
