Rook Shell can’t find matches.

Ever since the update I’ve been trying rook runs on every map and it just stays on the loading screen and never finds a match. I find solo and trios matches fine but can’t get any rook runs in.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If this issue you're describing persists, could you please try to capture a video that shows you easily finding matches while using other shells but  then being unable to find some with Rook? You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    I have also experienced this issue with only Rook. It doesn't happen all the time for me, but I will easily match into a solo, duo, or trio match and then Rook will just fail to find a match repeatedly, even eventually getting the matchmaking error "sage" or a failed to load into map error. Attached is the sage error I got while running Rook, and then a video of me successfully loading into a solo match.

    Hello,

    I am also experiencing this issue. I am usually queueing for 5 minutes and I get the Oregano error code. 

    • Bungie Account Name - J Budde#5274
    • Platform - Xbox Series X
    • Description of Issue - Rook shell does not find matches. Queue time is about 5 min and I receive error code Oregano
    • Rough Date and Time of issue - Past 3 nights.
    • Repro steps - Can run other shells just fine and find matches. Transfer to Rook shell and no matches can be found.
    • LINKS: I don't think a video of me loading for 5min moving, my thumb sticks periodically so it recognizes I'm still there, if I do find and match, will help you very much. But heres a screenshot.

    Edit: I was queueing will writing this and the error code I got this time was "watercress". That does not come up as a known error code in your database.
