Lighting bug in Algae Ponds

- Description of Issue - Lighting on the ponds in Algae Ponds have some issues. Depending on where you watch the lighting turns off
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 23 March 16:15 (but i suppose this is a client issue so not much to do with the time)
- Repro steps - Just watch the ponds at different angles
