Team and Prox Voice Chat not Working
I can hear my team mates, but they can't hear me. I've triple checked all my settings and tried different input devices, nothing works. For Prox chat, the green audio icon flashes briefly, but no one can hear me (either tapping or holding the button). For Team Voice chat, I don't even get that much. On PC-Steam, Bungie name PaulOfTarsus#2495
I've noticed others saying the same a while ago, but wanted to resurface this if it's expected to have already been addressed (It's not mentioned in Known Issues)

Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports about this occurring and are currently investigating.
In the meantime, some players have reported success in changing their Bluetooth headphones' hands-free settings in Windows after opening the game. Try toggling it on or off to see if this works for you.

Unfortunately that won't work for me, since I'm using a stand alone USB mic (which works for all other apps and used to occasionally work for Marathon prox chat only). Hoping that solution will help others though.
