Long queues leading to Code Oregano on low population regions
Playing on SA and the matchmaker can't find enough players during business hours, the queue goes on for a long time before showing Code Oregano. Please enable the matchmaker to branch out to other nearby servers in order to actually find matches, otherwise the game only becomes playable on high activity hours.

We appreciate your feedback! That said, the best place to share it is on the Marathon Discord rather than our Help Forums, so we recommend posting there, if you haven't already done so.
Been finding complaints about this all over the internet, half the continent is locked out of playing a game we bought and there's still no fix, ranked, cryo, everything is releasing soon and a huge slice of the population will be unable to play for most of the day because of it, they need to fix it ASAP
There used to be like almost all other games a system where when SA had low population it would match us to NA servers, it got disabled for some reason.
This is happening on SA servers for pretty much everybody I know, Bungie needs to address it
We are aware that this issue are impacting South America players and are investigating.
